Found earlier in a random scoop of pond water:
It measured around in inch in length, which makes it a toad tadpole. Most likely it is an American Toad, Bufo americanus. (If you look closely, you can see the warts.)
Cute, eh?
URGENT UPDATE: I just fixed the picture, which I now realize is too revealing. Please no palm reading!

Odd. The html was only a segment of what it should have been, so I just re-uploaded the picture. I don’t know how it happened. Must be a frog in the works!
