“Jurassic President”

Yes, we are being tyrannized by a blundering but very dangerous Obamasaurus Rex who is “flailing around in a world in which he doesn’t fit.”

Fortunately, Sarah has documented the habits of this beast in great post at Pajamas Media.

Don’t miss “Jurassic President.”

It’s wonderful. We are very proud of Sarah.

So are we. (Hey, I’m a Gemini, and by New-Age lefty standards I’m twins and can talk in the plural.)
    What’s your excuse? 😛
Note to Sarah: You GO, girl! Good stuff. Read it via Insty’s link before I wandered over here.

    Thank you Kathy,
Actually my son Robert read it and said “He’s an Obamasaurus Rex” (Eric, do you guys TALK?) “he feeds off the Taxpayorusurus.”

Kathy, you are of course part of the “we” that includes CV. (I don’t have to list everyone, do I?)
And Sarah, OMG…. now you’re scaring me!
    🙂

The bad stuff started happening when police went to the law ENFORCEMENT model. Peace officers used to have to respond to citizen complaints.
What is the model the police use? Tax collection. Follow the money. Only now it is follow everything.
It is not the President (bad as this one is), it is the system. To change the system we have to change thinking and understanding. The window of opportunity is ages 15 to 20. If you don’t get them there you have to work for 30 more years.
It takes 30 or 40 years to make a cultural change of that order and another 10 or 20 to see that change go into effect.

Cleveland makes some very nice machine tools.

In short what we need is not a new President but a new set of prejudices. Which will eventually come against some new limitation. Then back to the drawing board.

    I did enjoy the essay.
