Rendered Cyrillic to me. I think you maybe have to have the font(s) enabled on your computer.

I sent a link to this post to my #2 son who is teaching American Culture at a Russian University in Smolensk.
It renders just like the postcard on my computer.
Today it renders as junk on the front page. But on this page:
