It is best to listen to those who elected you and to do what you promised in order to be elected again. And, marijuana is NOT harmless. Patrick is right about Colorado.
The question on people’s minds is not “is marijuana harmless?”
The question being brought forward – “Is marijuana more harmful than Prohibition”
Prohibition is losing.

I tried to read that thread…
I got the feeling he wasn’t actually reading what you wrote.
In answer to your question, prohibition is more harmful than cannabis use. It’s a fact.
And I speak from experience. I’ve smoked cannabis and I spent 5 years on probation on a cannabis drug charge few years ago.
All my cannabis consumption was quite enjoyable and never harmed me as far as I can tell. Losing a good job offer because I was on probation was a real downer. Extremely harmful. Like I said in my first post, drugs laws are much more harmful than drug use.
I know I broke the law, but it still remains that the scarlet “D” I and millions of others have been saddled with has cost untold millions of us all sorts of opportunity costs. Not to mention all the public treasury spent enforcing the laws that could have been used elsewhere. The absolute waste of money and human capital has been enormous under the WOD.
Prohibition can’t end soon enough IMO.
Love trumps hate.
Someone tell me the value of being a druggie. All the MJ users I knew lacked ambition, initiative and the work ethic. All they wanted to do was get high and stay high.
Is it harmful. I look at today’s snowflakes and realize this is the result of three genrations of doppers. Can’t wait to see what the fourth looks like.
Probably something like the Hildabeast and Bill’s offspring-only male. We can all ready see them with their safe spaces, petting sessions, coloring books.
