It’s a shame. After stripping away 2nd Amendment rights w/o due process, what’s the next step? Stripping away 1st Amendment rights too, following the direction Europe is going banning “hate speech”?

Interesting to compare the language of the first and second amendments.
Congress shall make no law [omitted] abridging the freedom of the press
vs
[omitted]the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
The fringe of something is its outer periphery. Not infringing means to not even go near. Not abridging means not reducing or restricting something. If anything, Id say the second amendment protection is meant to be even stronger than the first.

Unfortunately, Trump just jumped on the “ban FBI terrorist watchlist people from buying guns” bandwagon.
