This is insane.
Attorney General Janet Lynch argued May 9 that any one person’s desire to choose a male or female “gender identity” is more important than Americans’ right to sexual privacy in shared public facilities, such as bathrooms and school locker rooms.
“This action is about a great deal more than just bathrooms,” Lynch declared Monday, without setting any definition or limits on her demand that people have a right to change their “gender identity.”
This is right out of Mao’s Cultural Revolution
The Revolution was launched in May 1966, after Mao alleged that bourgeois elements had infiltrated the government and society at large, aiming to restore capitalism. He insisted that these “revisionists” be removed through violent class struggle. China’s youth responded to Mao’s appeal by forming Red Guard groups around the country. The movement spread into the military, urban workers, and the Communist Party leadership itself. It resulted in widespread factional struggles in all walks of life.
Well the Obama regime is well on the way to stamping out capitalist bathrooms. You know, private bathrooms.
I wonder how this will affect the coming elections? Will Hillary be using a “throne” erected in some public place to prove she has nothing to hide? Will transparency mean doing your “business” in public?
We are either entering bizarro world or Marxist utopia. Maybe both at the same time.

That’s right. No right to privacy for the Left, unless you’re getting an abortion.
The Left has proven that they have zero respect or regard for women. They’re continually telling women they don’t matter.
It’s an overreach on their part. They think they have a mandate.
This is probably just another example of Obama’s narcissism, the latest example of Obama giving the US his middle finger before he leaves office. The bathroom idiocy can’t do anything but hurt the Democratic Party in most voters’ eyes but Obama doesn’t care because he thinks his shit don’t stink. And, really, no one is paying attention to the clown in his last few months in office. Expect more inanity from him in months to come and more voters switching from D to R as a result.
Maybe they do.
On the other hand, what if the NRA were as extreme about gun rights as NOW is about abortion? “37% of Americans live in a county without one single licensed firearms dealer. We regard this as a crisis and demand government intervention now…” Eight-year-olds would be issued concealed weapons permits, even against the will of their parents.
