Charles Hurt at Breitbart has some advice for Ted Cruz.
Mere weeks ago, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) of Texas pressured Ohio Gov. John Kasich to get out of the race for the Republican nomination because he had no mathematical chance of winning.
Ted ought to take his own advice.

on the 1st ballot yes. on the other hand by ballot 4 or 5?
newrouter,
I’m generous. I’m willing to wait until Trump gets to 1237.
I do note that the volume of Cruz e-mails to me has dropped precipitously. I think that for all practical purposes Ted has already dropped out.
BTW if it goes past the first ballot Cruz will not be the nominee.
Similarly, If Donald Trump sees a reasonable chance of losing the election, will he bow out? There are innumerable ways of leaving on top without losing face and prestige. Or will his immense ego not allow him to consider the possibility that he can, and probably will lose the election?
CapitalistRoader,
Trump has been defying the odds since this thing started. On that basis I’d consider unfavorable odds 90 to 10. Eighty points down.
