the parents of the dead children of newtown would disagree with you. though I am somewhat ambivalent on the subject as the black community should be armed to shoot back at racism. hopefully a happy medium can be found with strict controls on the mentally ill from getting guns. n.r.a. proposals won’t really stop mentally ill from getting guns. a 10 year sentence for those who commit a crime would be intolerable to black coalition in the democratic party so both sides find gun violence problems difficult to deal with.
