This is funny, right?

Obama voter Peggy Noonan shares an inside glimpse of the sort of thinking that goes on in the Obama White House:

For four years I have been told, by those who’ve worked in the administration and those who’ve visited it as volunteers or contractors, that the Obama White House isn’t organized. It’s just full of chatter. Meetings don’t begin on time, there’s no agenda, the list of those invited seems to expand and contract at somebody’s whim. There is a tendency to speak of how a problem will look and how its appearance should be handled, as opposed to what the problem is and should be done about it. People speak airily, without point. They scroll down, see a call that has to be returned, pop out and then in again.

It does not sound like a professional operation…

No kidding. Really?

It sounds like the inner workings of the bureaucracies of your typical university or city government. I used to laugh at such people, but they’re now in charge from the top down.

I don’t know why I am not laughing.

In a way we are lucky. 0bamaCare(less) is inoculating kids against the Democrat version of big government. And the Drug War inoculating them against the Republican version of big government.

Will there be pain? Yeah. A LOT of it. There is no learning without pain.

In the Funniest End of Civilization Ever you need to take the endy with the funny or you just get all depressed.

The problem is that our self-proclaimed “elite” decide how smart you are based on whether you believe certain things.

Of course, those things do not actually track intelligence (like global worming) but only track how pure your thoughts are.

So if you believe all the right things, you’re smarter than the hoi polloi (by definition) which leads to the dorm-room BS session idiocy of giving Russia a misspelled “reset” button and Obama thinking that Iran is just a friend we haven’t apologized to enough yet.

…giving Russia a misspelled “reset” button and Obama thinking that Iran is just a friend…

It’s worse than idiocy. We have been secretly building an alliance for some time. To what end remains to be seen, but the unholy alliance between Hitler and Stalin comes to mind.
