The first side is stating its argument incorrectly. Banning won’t work. But it is possible to eliminate the negatives. The only way, however, is to eliminate the substance. Plant by plant by plant. I’m a gardener. I’ve pulled weeds by the thousands. I wish them luck. Or sanity – whichever comes first.
Guns are the other side of the equation.
