I was discussing the Drug War with a Conservative friend. And the friend was all for it. So I had some thoughts.
Ah. I get it. You do not actually want to solve the drug problem. You want an outlet for your feelings of moral superiority. Very expensive habit. That. But it is all right. I know a LOT of people with the addiction.

It’s fascinating and disturbing to think that people who hate druggies might actually envy them.
I note with more than a little irony that Eric seems just as addicted to the moral superiority thing himself.
However, suppose this moral superiority thing — actually let’s call it hate is endemic to human beings. Now suppose without an outlet it glues itself on to wierder things. Would it be good to keep the law in that case?
If we need to hate something I propose hating the Andromeda Galaxy.
Right now, I recommend hating snow … bleeping sky dandruff.
