The Sea Wolf missile used by the Royal Navy since the Falklands War has shot down 4.5 inch shells in tests. I would bring that up whenever opponents of SDI would scoff that Star Wars depended upon “hitting a bullet with another bullet.”
Invariably they had never heard of Sea Wolf.
