“Lives are at risk”

So says Newsweek‘s real “Madam President” about so-called “fake news.”

Hillary Clinton on Thursday decried the spread of fake news online, calling it an “epidemic” that Congress should take action against.

“The epidemic of malicious fake news and false propaganda that flooded social media over the past year — it’s now clear the so-called fake news can have real-world consequences,” Clinton said during a speech on Capitol Hill.

Some Democrats have argued the spread of anti-Clinton fake news online contributed to her electoral loss to Donald Trump.

The issue has received renewed attention this week after a gunman entered a pizzeria in Washington that was at the center of a false viral conspiracy theory that alleged it was home to a pedophilia ring operated by Clinton and her inner circle.

“This isn’t about politics or partisanship,” Clinton continued during her speech Thursday at a ceremony honoring retiring Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.).

“Lives are at risk — lives of ordinary people just trying to go about their days, to do their jobs, contribute to their communities.”

“It’s a danger that must be addressed and addressed quickly,” she said.

Well, I kind of see her point. Newsweek risked my life by putting out not just fake news, but this entire fake commemorative magazine:

MadamPresidentFake

And Newsweek can’t be fake, can it?

Or how about the New Yorker? As readers may remember, I’ve been worried about how Trump will handle the war on drugs, and that lying rag got my hopes up by reporting that he was going to appoint Drug Cartel leader “El Chapo” to head the DEA. You know, to “shake things up.”

I mean, I have long known that the DEA is in bed with the cartel leaders, and as Hillary herself has said, we can’t end the war on drugs because there’s too much money involved. Putting a major cartel leader directly (instead of indirectly) in charge of an already corrupt drug war outfit would constitute an even more major admission. It would plunge the cartels into major chaos, and because that article is available online, maybe it already has!

Thus, it is legitimate to ask, just how many deaths has the New Yorker caused?

(Little does Hillary know how right she is… Again.)

Surely something must be done to stop this relentless onslaught of fakery.
