I’m not going to name the site. But it is amusing. SJWs are routinely derided as being special snowflakes. But people on the right are just as snowflakey. Point out anything that does not conform to their beliefs and they can’t handle it. And the ban hammer comes down.
On this particular site the discussion was about whether Ted Cruz could withstand an “is abortion murder” question. I said no because of the implications. He would either have to give up that position (proving him just another lying politician) or he would lose an election because what sells on the right is misdemeanor murder and the woman goes free. And even that does not sell well other than on the right.
Instead of considering questions that might be difficult for their nominee and working out an answer that sells they prefer to avoid the cognitive dissonance.
In that respect Trump has done a masterful job of being an obviously lying politician. I don’t think anyone before him has ever considered that an advantage. After all, who in this day and age believes in honest politicians? Well a few. But without a doubt they are fools.
As my grandpappy always used to say, “They are all crooks.”

welcome to the club I have been banned from many(most) right wing blogs as most conservatives believe in free speech for them!
It is amusing. Anything that shakes their world view is banned.
What set them off I think was their “abortion is murder” belief.
I said that since there was no statute of limitations on murder that meant there were 10 to 50 million women who would have to be put to death for initiating the “crime”.
Trump did the same thing to the whole “abortion is murder” crowd. Clever fellow.
If he gets to the general election the Bern or the Hill will get devoured.
I think he would be ok. Socially liberal economically conservative.
Back when I was blogging, I got banned from a number of sites when they recognized my name – I’d say it was 60-40 in “favor” of the conservatives.
Nowadays, it’s more like 90-10 in “favor” of the liberals, and only because of what I say.
