Black people do not make the laws they live under. They are made by white people many of whom are racist republicans. 61% of white voters vote republican higher in off year election as many democrats do not vote in off year elections and while they are no longer the voting majority as fox news and romney found out the hard way they do have more influence then voting majority especially with gerrymandering districts. example in 2012 1,000,000 more people voted for democratic congressional candidates then republican but gerrymandering cancelled that out. Faux new couldn’t understand how some districts voted 95% for President Obama. It was because all the democrats were put in 5 congress ion districts and republican in all the other districts in pennslyvania so that democrats got 1,00,000 more votes republicans got twice as many house seats. This is the war on black people stop them from voting or make their votes meaningless!
