By making the filling of brain receptors by some methods illegal what is to prevent the controllers from making filling them in other ways against the law?
“Stop smiling, you will attract the police.”
“OK son you are allowed to pursue happiness – but if I find you are happy you are going to jail.”
Talk of an illegal smile may not be just talk.

The world has gone absolutely bat shit insane. As happens eventually in all police states the police eventually lose control. Bye. Bye civilization.
Instead of tolerating some disorder they want none and in the bargain get complete disorder until civilization can reform. Which may take anywhere from a few weeks to centuries.
This remind me of what happend on Tim Duncan, the player in NBA famous for the numb facial nerves. Once he smiled! And then, the coach gave him a technical foul !

You can do the blank face… then they’ll haul you in (as mentioned above) for not smiling…
