Too Good Not To Link

From Glenn:

LEFTISM DEFINED? “He prefers the inequality that comes from a government hierarchy, over inequality that comes from voluntary trade.” I always figure that people who feel this way do so because they think they’re better at sucking up to authority figures than at creating value on their own. And my guess is, they’re right about that.

It’s only natural that coercive utopianists would see themselves either holding the whip or eating the grapes, never laboring in the field under the lash.

Well, of course. They are too ‘good’ for that. Sigh. It ALMOST makes me wish they could get their wishes.

Only problem is that I’d get their wishes too. Though I suspect I’d end up dead, not under the lash…
