Illinois Governor elect J.B. Pritzker has a new motto. “Beat Michigan”
Illinois Gov.-elect J.B. Pritzker is making legalizing marijuana one of his top priorities.
Pritzker says he’s already been working out the details with legislators.
“There’s an opportunity for us to be the first state in the Midwest to make it available, and so I think the legislature should get at it,” Pritzker says.
Michigan legalized recreational marijuana last month by referendum. But the state legislature there is looking at rewriting what the voters approved — lowering the tax rate, changing where that money is spent, and banning home-grown plants.
I probably should add that Illinois has a Democrat legislature. Michigan’s legislature is Republican.

today nazism has come to ameriKKKa. A 7 year old girl died in border patrol custody from dehydration as she begged for water for 8 hours as border patrol officers did nothing to help.

Her parents killed her.
They should have entered at a port of entry instead of depending on smugglers.
BTW the reports I have read say the border patrol got her medical help as fast as possible.
A few hours without water (24 or less) is not a death sentence.
I blame the smugglers.
msnbc is showing videos of border patrol agent destroying plastic jugs of water while laughing, placed by people trying to prevent families from dying of thrist.
Don’t the smugglers have a responsibility to the people they are smuggling?

The border patrol should be destroying the jugs. They encourage border violations.
I’d like to see your proposal for licensing smugglers. Or at least a proposal for making the criminals more responsible. (Why wouldn’t I laugh at such things?)
BTW the father has stated the border patrol did everything they could do to help his child.

the letter he signed was in english the fathers doesn’t speak or read english. destroying these water jugs is murder as the border patrol agents seen destroying them on video will find at their trials. ( there is no statue of limitations on murder. when beto o’rourke becomes president in 2020 or alexandra ocasio-cortez in 2024 these murderers will be delt with.
