St, Stephen refers to Stephen Gaskin who was a friend of mine about 50 years ago. I helped him set up his gig in Carbondale, Illinois back in the day (28 May 1973). I was chief engineer at WTAO-FM at the time.
I should add that “the Dead” deny it is about Gaskin.
