North Korea’s dictator is a major nutcase – you can stop there.
This one has nothing to do with drugs. WE have been at war with NK forever. It was just quiet for a while.
IF we had legalized drugs and bought them from NK, it would only have give him more money to KILL THE US.
Wars have been started over the control of the drug trade.
Tojo was involved in the drug trade.
The US backed the Hmong (opium growers) in the Viet Nam war while opiate use was a huge problem for our military in country. The Politics of Heroin by McCoy is available free on the ‘net.
Like any gang the US protects its territory.
While the drug wars ARE a problem, it’s not all about drugs. Really. They are more a symptom than a cause.
