Enter former liberal Congressman from Ohio, Dennis Kucinich (D) — disclosing the fact that he was wiretapped in 2011 and only learned about it after the Washington Times let him listen to the surveillance tape. Let that sink in for a moment.
He went on to warn Congress that this is happening and they shouldn’t dismiss the notion that candidate Trump was being spied on, illegally or unethically, just because of their unwavering and irrational fealty to the vainglorious efforts of the CIA, the venerable nostrum for all of their sorrows and long lost dreams of a utopia — dashed and cracked asunder by a populist movement blowing the hot coals of discord.
Coming from a Democrat, this is going to make faking the news a little more difficult.

The thing that is clear to our overlords is that I have no secrets in the Internet Age. What is not yet clear to them is that neither do they. Any action on the secrets they hold is a reveal. So their knowledge is of limited value or useless. Counterproductive even.
Of what use is a self destruct button? I’m not a Christian. At all. But the best advice I can give them is, “Go in peace.” If you need to own something try owning yourself. Because that is an infinitely harder job than owning a civilization. And infinitely more worthwhile.

He didn’t know that he was being wiretapped, but the Washington Times did????? How is it that they and theirs aren’t being prosecuted for invasion of privacy at the very least.
Uh. Typically those doing the wiretapping want to keep it secret.
Those doing the outing are obviously either renegade (prosecute) or a different faction (be careful they may have something on you).
There could be other things at work.
Inconvenient real stories get completely ignored, not faked.
