In Iceland the Pirate Party looks likely to win the next election.
The Pirate Party of Iceland will receive a major funding boost from the state as a result of its high levels of public support.
As the Pirate Times site explains, a total of around £1.6 million is allocated to Icelandic political parties based on opinion polls held in February. At that time, the Icelandic Pirate Party had support from around 36 percent of the island’s population, while the dominant party in the current coalition government, the Progressives, had just 12 percent, compared to 24 percent in the previous elections.
The Party stands for total drug decriminalization and internet freedom.
And how are the Progressives doing here in the US? They are going down Hill.
Trump beats Clinton by 3 points in new poll
And since it is about 6 months to the election the current trends are probably more important that the actual numbers. According to Fox News the trends look like this:
Trump is going up and Hillary is going down. (Insert tasteless joke here)

The look on Morning Joe Mika Brzezinski’s face is awesome. She looks like she’s in mourning when she realizes that Bill’s Lolita Express problems are just starting. The look of morose disgust comes after her look of shock and speechlessness last year when Trump attacked Anthony Weiner.
Trump just got a yuge number of conservatives in his camp with the release of his Supreme Court pic list. He may well win in November.
Heh.
I think you already did.
.
clinton to her shock and horror will have to put bernie sanders on the ticket or warren if he won’t.

Cap’n, I don’t think Bernie would take it. Too much bad blood. Warren will be 67 next month; Hillary 69 next October. Don’t you think she’s gonna need someone less long in the tooth?
Besides, the bumper stickers would write themselves:
Lieawatha/Fauxcahontas 2016!
