When doing my research for my Libertarians For Trump post I came across another libertarian blogger. Gigi Bowman.
Here is what she has to say about the upcoming election in November and the preliminaries. Why I am Voting For Donald Trump in the Primary
Make no mistake –Hillary is your next Master in Office. NOTHING will stop that from happening. It’s been a long time coming, and of course the GOP want to have insurance for the Clinton/Bush Globalist Agenda that’s been written into the future history books since before Orwell wrote 1984, so they have their little bobbleheads standing on the sidelines in all directions from Cruz to Rubio to Kasich to Romney –and even Condeleezza Rice is being thrown in for possible good measure (they tried to sell brother Jeb but you know how that went.) When Hillary takes the reigns it won’t be Communism or a Soft Socialism –it will be Slave vs. Master World Government and the monsters who have been controlling the strings for quite some time will be eating your children.
What’s to stop this from happening? Probably nothing….but I’m giving it one last shot. His name is Donald Trump and he hasn’t read the entire playbook.
She goes on with a lot of stuff. Some of which I consider non-sense. But then she says this:
But I digress, my point here, is that so many people are angry to the point where it can no longer be ignored and all this anger seems to have a savior in Donald Trump.
Is Donald Trump my savior? NO. Not by a long shot…..but I don’t believe we can be saved. Ron Paul was my one last hope and though this man woke up quite a few people including myself and the friends I hold dear, he did not have the following that Donald Trump has amassed due to 8 years of Obama.
So I’m voting for Donald Trump. Why? Make no mistake, I’m not voting for him for any other reason than I want to be one of the votes that projects him into the front runner of the GOP only to have it stolen from him by the bastards who are having orgies with the Clinton’s in the back room because they are scared to death if they don’t they will be completely and politically castrated. Hillary has a bigger penis than ALL of them and she is going to strap it on to reign in all her puppet master friends for the ultimate world takeover. Make no mistake we are going to war when Hillary takes office –and that war will be fought on American soil when she sells us out to the highest bidder because she won’t give a damn where she’s standing. This is WORLD GOVERNMENT and the plan is to have it all wrapped up by 2030. I am voting for Trump for one reason: he will lose the GOP nomination and one of the members of this elite club will be the new puppet of the month to make it look like a fight when they hand the crown over to Hillary
Well that seems a bit extreme. But who knows? I do agree with her main point. The elites don’t like Donald Trump.

Please, Trump has sold out everyone who’s ever trusted him.
Trump has virtually no chance of being elected, but if elected he’d be worse than those to whom he donated money. Hillary is awful and corrupt, but at least bound by the expectations of the political class and some vague awareness of the Constitution. Trump has shown he will do or say anything that benefits Trump.
Donald might not only be more authoritarian than Hillary, but more socialist as well. That would be his play to win over the media — making deals with Democrats for single payer and anything else they want.
Of course he won’t win, and when he loses he’ll go right back to donating to Democrats (assuming any will even accept his money after this dumpster fire).
Donald’s supporters will all be graduating from Trump University, one way or another.
It is not about Trump for me.
It is about who he is hated by.

Of course Jeb Bush endorsed Cruz. Jeb Bush also opposes Hitler.

BTW, not sure if you’re aware, but Trump was also widely condemned by National Review, Reason, the Weekly Standard, RedState, Townhall…
Trump’s support seems to come from people who are hypnotized by the fact people they don’t like criticized him, even though there’s basically no ideology that supports Trump.
When was the last time National Review had anything interesting to say? I used to subscribe, back when st Buckley ran the shop, even when I didn’t agree the writing was first rate. What’s left is a Republican party line drone fest. What’s his name? Rubbish Ponnuru? This is the magazine that fired Ann Coulter, John Derbyshire and Mark Steyn.
Reason: Used to subscribe when Virginia Postrel ran it. More drone. Dronatarians.

Weekly Standard: Haven’t paid much attention since they invented “national greatness conservatism” as a way to support Bill Clinton’s airborn adventurism in Bosnia, the Balkans, wherever the hell it was. They do publish P.J. O’Rourke occasionally.

I’ve had just about enough ideology. Communists and fascists had ideologies up the wazoo. I want something else. I don’t know what it is (but I know how to get it). Some sort of orange-haired pragmatism or something.
So Dave when was the last time Ted Cruz got a favorable mention on “The View” ? I hate the show myself. But it is a look at women who trend liberal.
Trump got such a mention. And the women couldn’t believe themselves. They had rocked their own world view.

And an anecdote: my wife – who voted for Obama twice – is voting Trump. Why? Well Belgium for one. Women want protection. It is hard wired in them.
Gigi Bowman ran for State Senate in my district in 2014. After looking at some of her opinions, I voted for a Republican hack instead.

I wouldn’t vote for her either.
There are a LOT of people I wouldn’t vote for whose opinions I find interesting.
The common thread in my look at “Libertarians for Trump” is that they believe he would shake up the cronies.
