“Gut-Wrenching Poverty Editorial That Went Viral a Hoax”

I have seen a lot of fake media stories like the above lately, and the common reaction in the conservative camp is outrage.

I think the fact that the left has to rely on fake stories to support their claims (this one involving poverty) is actually a good thing.

It’s hardly the only one. I have never known a conservative (whether religious Christian or otherwise) who would stiff a waiter based on a suspicion of homosexuality, and the story that went viral turned out to be a hoax — thus relegating it to the same category as the innumerable noose/Klan/sexist threat hoaxes that were at first believed, then later discredited.

So, I hope they keep these hoaxes up and I hope they keep getting exposed. The more people know about them, the better.
