Never let a serious humorous crisis go to waste

Yet again, Jon Stewart has lifted my spirits:

But never mind that! According to The Man himself, Obamacare is whatever Obama says it is.

Well then, is that settled?

What’s also funny is that the Democrats are starting to panic, and are acting for the world like rats deserting a sinking ship.

You’d almost think they wanted to, like, be elected or something.

    Don’t get me wrong, I like watching people realize their emperor’s clothes has not emperor, but has Stewart ever apologized for calling me a racist stooge of Big Medicine for seeing, too early, the inevitable result of obamadebaclecare?

    Of course not, he and his viewers are too smugly sure of their own perfection to even contemplate that they might have been ignorant fools viciously and ignorantly attacking those with knowledge of the the law of cause and effect.

    @Veeshir,

    Obama is making it so easy for Stewart in these current segments since they are very humorous without the injection of political or cultural bias that was necessary in the programs 2,3, or 4 years ago when he was delivering political messages to the young people who watch Comedy Central and in the course of that slandering people like you who might have a contrary political viewpoint.

    Funny – what would be really funny would be a John Stewart deconstructing one of his bits about Republicans and the Tea Party from 3 or 4 years ago – followed by a “you were right, I was wrong” apology.
