He did look broken. And not by Republicans. He looked as if he has been told by his own people that the mess can’t be fixed.
It can’t be fixed. At least not in any time frame remotely commensurate with the law.
One year is my absolute best estimate.
Three years is way more probable. And NEVER is the most likely.
