Cats rule, humans provide. Perhaps we should cede the battle and let them rule us? Likely they’d at least stop the war on drugs (as long as we didn’t forget to feed them).
Legislation “for the kittens”? I can hear it now. “If only one kitten might be saved from addiction how can we refuse to act, and act now.”
