Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol – Needs Help

From an e-mail:

After today, there are just 10 days left until Colorado can make history by becoming the first state to regulate marijuana like alcohol. I’ve been working on this issue in Colorado for six years now, and I can’t even begin to explain to you how excited I am now that victory is within our grasp.

According to a poll yesterday from Public Policy Polling (PPP), we’re up 53%-43%. It’s clear we have the momentum, and that as Coloradans are learning more about this issue, they’re deciding to vote Yes.

But with so much at stake, we can’t take anything for granted. We need to keep up the momentum and keep up the fight over the next 10 days. Can you help us ensure we win on Election Day, November 6?

So…facing, like, drunk drivers on the roads is, like, so cool you wanna…you know…face some…uh…stoned drivers too?

Doooooooooooood…it would be so cool to just pull up under that semi trailer and cruise in the shade at seventy five miles per hour…

Aw, man, you can make it…that train ain’t goin’ that fast…

Whoa…did that sign say “one way” or Juan Whey, dude?

…do I like the idea of my tax dollars going to keep relatively harmless people in jail for smoking things that grow by the roadside…no, nor do I like mexican druglords getting rich shipping in bales of “hey-hey-hay” and using that dough to c orrupt and kill anyone who gets in their way…but medical authorized use makes more sense to me.

Used to be able to get Laudanum, opium, cocaine, codeine, and other recreational things from the druggist without a prescription…but they had a tendency to do more than waste an afternoon.

BTW explain how medical supervision will reduce diversion? Legal opiates in the black market now outweighs heroin by 4 to 1.

So who exactly is being kept from these drugs? The people who don’t want them.

Control is an illusion the government sells you at a very high price. You are not among the easily fooled are you?

Mr./Mrs./Kalashnikat has evidently never driven high. That’s not how it’s done. So I’ve heard.
