Ditto. I live in California and have the same “free” vote. A comment on another site (not named for good reason) sums up my thoughts on the 2nd debate:
So Romney is against tax cuts for job creators,[the top 5% will STILL pay 60% of federal income taxes] favors affirmative action,[for women, but not gays of course] is proud of getting the uninsured down to near zero with a mandate,[the original Romneycare] loves Mexicans, favors protectionism,[China only, but free trade with South America – a kind of expanded Nafta] and wants more money for people to go to school.[Pell Grants] We are all Democrats now.
Thank god I don’t have to vote for this clown.

Thank God I don’t have to vote for twiddle dee or twiddle dum.

I’m a North Carolinian with a proclivity for voting Libertarian. This time,I shall eschew the indulgence.
Early voting begins today! I’m off to the courthouse.
Chris in MD
While it would be so emotionally satisfying to vote the Libertarian ticket, I live in MD which is part of the arguably unconstitutional National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which throws all MD’s electoral college votes to the national popular vote winner. While I obviously don’t like the NPVIC, I gotta vote to make sure it is, in fact, a “one term proposition”!
My feeling for a very long time about this election is that it didn’t matter who won. We will get a change in personalities (possibly) but no change in policies except on the most marginal of margins.

I’m in solid Blue New Orleans, in the solid Red Louisiana. I want to thank you for first introducing me to Gov Johnson through this blog. I’ll be voting for him as well as my local Libertarian congressional candidate.

Unfortunately, I live in Iowa… I get no “free” vote. :-/

I live in Florida and don’t have a free vote. But I wish I did. And thanks for the video – I need a laugh right now.
