Somehow Roberts got Sotomayor, Kagan and Ginsburg to sign a document saying and I quote from the opinion “The Framers knew the difference between doing something and doing nothing. They gave Congress the power to regulate commerce, not to compel it.”
This ruling is not what the lighter pundits are thinking.
