I’m not commenting on this case except to note that railroading, in the legal sense, is what’s going on here.
TOTALLY off topic – but something that hits one of your other favorite memes. A lefty gets a clue. Would that more on the right would do the same. (And it just so happens that this is the FIRST of the opinion pieces I’ve ever read by that man with which I totally agree.)
