I went out earlier to a Mardi Gras celebration in which I was given the usual Mardi Gras beads.
I’m not enough of a partier to wear such things for an entire evening. On the other hand, the beads brought out the party animal in Coco, who as you can see, has partied heavily, but is always ready for more!

I love Coco and she looks great in jewelry!
For the first time in years, we skipped all the Mardi Gras parades.
She seems a bit tense, eric?
Have you thought about breeding her?
Oh, if you do breed her, at least let me know. I doubt I could afford one of her puppies, but I’d like a chance.
I spent the afternoon grooming our Great Pyrenees. He’s such an affectionate puppy — not yet a year old. After I was through, we leashed him on the front yard ‘run’ and he immediately rolled in all the dead leaves and pine straw as if he needed to replace what I’d so carefully removed.
Without getting into detail, any breeding of Coco is (in theory and in practice) best kept out of the blog. People with a long history of public antipathy towards AR activists who want to criminalize dog breeding are well advised to keep any breeding in the closet lest they run afoul of the “glass house” rule. (If you have a litter of pure bred pit bull puppies for sale, you’re vulnerable to any crackpot with a grudge and a phone.)

Well, he gave her the beads, didn’t he?
