"Conservatives for Hillary"?

This post by Ann Althouse woke me up to the new reality (and a series of posts by Andrew Sullivan supposedly document this new phenomenon.)

Did I really need another reason why I'm not a conservative?

Sullivan is not a conservative. I don't know what he is.

If people think Hillary makes sense, it's because she's not trying to out-left someone at that particular moment. Get her in front of a moveon.org bunch and see how reasonable she sounds then.

Did I really need another reason not to read Sullivan?

At least Althouse has verve and life. Sully has gotten dour/sour since he stopped supporting the war.

Unbelievable! This is so disheartening! Have we forgotten? Is there some kind of Vast Left-Wing Spell cast upons us? No matter how good Hillary sounds or looks or acts, she is a fraud. No matter what she states her positions are, they are masterfully contrived, to appeal to as many across party lines as possible. She wants to "look" moderate. No doubt, the Clinton machine has genius.....and an agenda that is never spoken of in debates or sound bites. Hillary wants to be the god-mother of the "We're all in it togther society". Hillary wants to be the mayor of the village that raises our children. Hillary is a liar and a cheat down to her very fiber, and this works very well for her and her ilk, they are the end justifies the means people. Hillary is a socialist. Her life goal is to re-shape the American society. If she were ever to become our President, she would work tirelessly, to introduce more and more socialists programs and propaganda. In the meantime, she and her kind will be going after ever classical/conservative/traditional/libertarian voice that speaks, and these are just the things that we do know about her! How could anyone, right of center in their thinking, be dooped? We know what the core of this woman and her company are made of. I'm still trying to get over, that the Clintons were not tarred & feathered and run out of the country for all of their shennanigans.
Look, I am just a 56 year old working/housewife, not the sharpest pencil in the box with regard to our ever complex political landscape, but I am not a fool. I can only hope, that the Republicans speaking favorable of her platform, do so believing she is most beatable in the general election. This could also be playing with fire. Eric- may I ask, if you are not a conservative, what are your political leanings?
