Voter fraud is minimal and collecting ballots because the state is to cheap to help people deliver ballots to the polls is the states fault for not doing it themselves. You care about the very few votes that are counted illegally and fine prosecute vote fraud. You don’t care about the millions of american citizens who are prevented from voted because the republican party doesn’t want them to to vote. Floriduh is the poster child for this. Some years ago the democrat party said you want voter ID ok we will have a national voter ID for voters. Republiscum said NO! why? to many democrats would vote. See paul wyrich comments on stoping democrats from voting. Now the republicans are going to try to get republican controlled state legislatures to send electors if the voters vote for biden in their state.
Vote fraud is minimal? When every voter gets mailed a ballot? With vote harvesting determining election outcomes in Orange County, CA – 2018?

The statistic show since 2000 in person voter fraud is almost non-existent. Until recent years more republicans voted mail in ballots then democrats and republicans had no problem with it. One more democrats begin to vote by mail now republicans have a problem with mail in ballots. A few isolated incidents of mail in ballot fraud have been found almost exclusively in local elections and have been vigorously prosecuted. The exception is 2018 congressional rave in north caroline congressional district 9 where republicans stole the election ;but even here they were prosecuted. You ignored my comment about the disenfranchisement of millions of voters simply because they would vote democrat. Vote harvesting as you call it is not illegal in many states because picking up ballots and turning them in not a crime. Changing the votes is a crime. How many people were prosecuted for changing the votes that they collect. I expect the answer was none. You mean changing the outcome of an election by picking up legal ballots so they were counted changed the election outcome GOOD!
The statistics show? 100,000 bad ballots mailed out in NYC. And that is just one city.

Two republican political operatives have been indicted in michigan for election fraud crimes. Jack burkman and jacob wohl charged with 4 felonies. Voter intimidation, election law violation and conspiracy. Also 2 counts of using a computer to commit election law crime and voter intimidation. And on it goes!
