As you can see I have been doing some work on the Bringing A Little Light To The World™ Flash-Light™. The Flash-Light™ is also discussed at this update.
The case holds two AA batteries – good for 100 hours of on time or 10 years of flashing. The case was 3D printed at Rockford Makers Space using a design I created using Tinkercad.
This is not the production case. It is getting closer.

Nice. Could have used that after Irma – a findable flashlight. Thanks for keeping the flash to 3 seconds. Shouldn’t mess with epileptics.

The current design for the flash rate is 1.6 seconds.
My perception was that 3 seconds was too long to “wait” to see the next flash.
