Indeed it is. BUT I assure you that most of those I’ve known who loved to get giggly did not (yet) need any medical use. Kids just aren’t adults, m’kay?
Same with kids and alcohol – they just want to try it – experiment – see if it’s FUN.
Kids just want to have fun – they want to try this and that – especially if someone tells them not to. It’s NOT something they should be arrested for. But it’s not medical – it’s just part of growing up.

No, not all use is medical use. Unfortunately. If it were, we’d have much more widespread legalization by now.
But, kids wanting to get the giggles? KILL IT NOW! It makes people FEEL GOOD!
