We have all heard about the treason petition against the 47 Senators who signed a letter about their Constitutional authority to advise and consent on treaties.
Which reminded me of John Kerry.
Kerry began his political career by leaving Vietnam after only 91 days to go back to work with a Massachusetts Senator.
While a Naval Reserve officer, he negotiated as a private citizen AGAINST the United States president and AGAINST the Secretary of State in Paris to defeat the US forces still fighting for that country.
Then, as a democrat Senator, he directly negotiated with the communist Noriega against Reagan in Nicaragua. Then he worked with Kennedy as Ted Kennedy worked with the KGB to defeat Reagan, and with Pelosi as she traveled overseas to oppose Bush in the Muslim world ….
Now, when the half the sitting Senators oppose HIS negotiations to arm the world’s enemies with nuclear weapons, “he” gets upset?
I guess he was just anticipating being Secretary of State. All is forgiven.
And Reagan? He was part of Iran Contra which imported kilos of cocaine to pay for the arms that were distributed in that deal

I think that the communist in Nicaragua was Daniel Ortega. Noriega was the strong man in Panama. Whose drug connections brought his demise since we were no longer using him toward that end.

You forgot reagan and casey made a deal with the ayatollah to hold the hostages until after the 1980 preidental election so carter would lose. Nixon did the same thing in 1968 to sabotage the vietnam war peace talks. You can here on the internet President Johnson telling republican senator dirksen to tell nixon to stop committing treason as the F.B.I. has him taped doing it! And of course bush jr lying to the american publis about mushroom clouds when the turned iraq foreign secretary told c.i.a. that they had no weapons of mass destruction and bush adm. told him to keep quite or he would be outed as americans wouldn’t support an attack on iraq if no weapons of mass destruction.

No question about that. Actually, to use the terms douchebag, scumbag, dirtbag, s**tbag to describe Kerry is to elevate his moral status to dizzying heights above which those that he is entitled to.
As to the WMDs; my nephew was in Fallujah and apparently they were called in to secure a bunkered WMD site that had already been breached. There were chemical spills in the facility and a number of compromised containers. Who breached and what they got away with was open to speculation.
Yasser arafat told jimmy carter about hostage deal because he was in on it. (You can google this) The inert chemicals were from the first gulf war and were delt with by un years before. They were encased and useless. You know this but pretend you don’t to pretend viable wmds were found.
I did “google it”, and found no hard evidence as to your claim.

BTW what did Reagan do that was so different? Carter was trying to get out of the Drug War. Reagan was ramping it up. Other than that I’m no Carter fan.
