I often think it’s all a waste of time. People think what they think, whether they think it or not.
Arguments are a waste of time.
Sometimes I think the Internet has only aggravated the problem. As I know I’ve said countless times, I’m almost as tired of partisan arguments I agree with as with those I disagree with. (I was warned that it would only get worse with time.)

Read b.f. skinners book beyond freedom and dignity and you will understand the problem. The title was aimed at sartre who after reading skinners book waldon 2 sartre said without freedom man has no dignity. Freedom is an illusion as the internet proves every day!

Freedom is no illusion, captain. Perhaps you’ve never been anywhere that it’s lacking? I suggest you move to North Korea for a while, then come back (if you can). And tell us there’s no difference between here and there.
