It seems that Hamas has published a pamphlet on kidnapping.
A few months ago Hamas published an 18-page booklet entitled “Guide for the Kidnapper,” which includes operational guidelines for carrying out kidnappings. For example, the guide recommends to carry out kidnappings on rainy days, to use pistols with silencers, to use backup cars to move the victims and kidnappers, to know Hebrew well and to speak it, to rent hideouts in an unsuspicious location, and not to report immediately on the kidnapping until the victims are in a safe hiding place.
And the kids napped are now dead. The sad story is recounted here:
Gil-Ad and the two other teens, 16-year-old Naftali Fraenkel and 19-year-old Eyal Yifrach, were grabbed while hitchhiking in the West Bank, where they studied at religious seminaries. Israel immediately accused Hamas and described the suspects as known activists of the group. Hamas, which perpetrated similar operations in the past, praised the kidnapping while neither confirming nor denying involvement.
And the war goes on. Some of my most recent posts on the subject:

Pay egypt $$$ to take over and run gaza. Let their soldiers and police “deal” with hamas. They don’t want to do it so it will take a lot$$$ cheep at the price for everybody. Otherwise Israel you want gaza well come right in and take it! We have over 100,000 fighters with volunteers trying to sneak past egyptian border guards to get at israel. Hamas. Lets pay egypt to take gaza over.
No one wants the Gaza Arabs. Every where they go in any number they eventually get kicked out. Israel is stuck with them.
