All circuit courts read and apply the fourth amendment uniformly as written: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated unless the presence of Narcotics is suspected. Or at least rumored by a trustworthy source, such as a just-busted addict who has been promised his stash back if he says where it came from.”
