And if you are born with them? Too bad. Female US cop caught on tape giving two women body cavity search during routine traffic stop… and ‘using the SAME gloves on both’. Their suspected offense? Littering. Throwing a cigarette butt out the window. But the police officer suspects it is not an ordinary butt (evidently the people in the vehicle fit the doper profile – everyone is a suspect) so he calls for reinforcement. The reinforcement does some butt checking of her own.
Now the police could have learned a lot by watching this video. And what would they have learned? You don’t do this kind of shit to white people. Especially upper class white people. Don’t the police in Texas know the rules?

My question – did she have a (specific) warrant? Because I think cavity (males have them too) searches fall under “unreasonable search” in the 4th Amendemnt.

Yeah, I can see how enforcing the law the way it should be (on everyone who violates it) would be a cause for amazement.
Whether it should be on the books at all is another debate, but if you have it, enforce it equally.

And you are right equal enforcement is the way to go. It will end the system faster than anything else.
