The father of Tyrone Woods, a Navy SEAL who was killed in the terrorist attack at the American consulate in Benghazi speaks out. Funny, but I feel like Tyrone is one of my men and I am responsible for him. Must be my old Navy training kicking in. Or the FORCE giving me a kick. In the gut.
“When [Obama] came over to our little area” at Andrew Air Force Base, says Woods, “he kind of just mumbled, you know, ‘I’m sorry.’ His face was looking at me, but his eyes were looking over my shoulder like he could not look me in the eye. And it was not a sincere, ‘I’m really sorry, you know, that your son died,’ but it was totally insincere, more of whining type, ‘I’m sorry.’”
Woods says that shaking President Obama’s hands at his son’s memorial service was “like shaking hands with a dead fish.”
“It just didn’t feel right,” he says of his encounter with the commander in chief. “And now that it’s coming out that apparently the White House situation room was watching our people die in real time, as this was happening,” Woods says, he wants answers on what happened—and why there was no apparent effort to save his son’s life.
It looks like they did a Uriah on those boys. In case you are not familiar with the story here is a link.

Yup. I pointed out over a month ago that SOF has been trying hard since the attack to point to something gone terribly wrong. We’re starting to get some idea now of what that might be.

Narcissus’ reflection in the pool — reelection and 4 more years in power..
Hear in interview with a former member of the Combatant Commanders In-Extremis Force (CIF), the unit that was ready to be sent to Benghazi but was never called.
Panetta is lying about everything here.
Discussion of the CIF begins at 5:58.

But who is there today to rebuke David?
Mikey,
The voters. Nov 6.
one of the last thoughts at the link about Uriah is that the righteous are not always protected against the iniquitious…. I hope America gets a better deal than Uriah and perhaps a little dvine intervention come election day… but the moral of the story doesn’t suggest there are happy endings.
I said earlier today on my Facebook page that the more new information I hear, the more I’m certain these two guys need some Medal of Honor level recognition.
You mean the way they did a Uriah on hundreds of Mexicans, Brian Terry and Jamie Zapata?
The Diplomad 2.0 at thediplomad.blogspot.com has been covering this since day one. He has some very good stuff.
And, when the Last Great Bugle Call
Adown the Hurnai throbs,
And the last grim joke is entered
In the big black Book of Jobs,
And Quetta graveyards give again
Their victims to the air,
I shouldn’t like to be the man
Who sent Jack Barrett there.

How fitting.
Obama is no King David. He’s more like Ahab, the whiny, self-aggrandizing idolater.
King David and later his son Solomon enlarged the central government through massive taxes that led to civil war and the dividing of the Kingdom under Solomon’s son, a certified idiot.
The problem for the noble Uriah was that he trusted his King to have his back in combat when in reality he was a victim of a coverup.
