POTUS Should Not Be A Journey of Personal Discovery

When Bush was President, it just felt more like the country was being run by people who really took the job seriously, as something bigger than themselves.  Maybe this explains why.

UPDATE: Or maybe it’s this.

UPDATE: Or possibly this.

Maybe it’s just the sight of an administration studying and thinking before acting that has us confused.

Possibly, but I’m not sure why you’re bringing the Israelis into this.

Meanwhile, our own administration is stumbling around in Libya with no plan except to abdicate planning to someone (anyone!) else, utterly absent in Egypt, morally bankrupt in Syria and Iran, and seemingly unaware of Tunisia’s existence. But they’re sure it all revolves around them somehow. Smart power!
