I guess I am just being lazy about blogging, but between the long drive and having to readjust to the East Coast, I am not feeling terribly creative.
Which makes me really glad to have found another wonderful test — this one from the mysterious, multifaceted Ghost of a Flea. It is called “Which Heinlein Book Should You Have Been A Character In?” — and my research assistant Justin Case damned well better evaluate this test, because he’s the scifi freak, and I don’t think there’s much he hasn’t read.

It’s all part of gamma radiation exposure. Walking through walls is only one of many super abilities which resulted from the accident.
I read “The Moon is a Harsh Mistress” when I was eleven. In fact, it was one of the first sf books I had ever read. Time for a re-read!
Love it! I ended up in Starship Troopers, though (sigh). That’s just the age we’re in, I guess — Islamofascists instead of Bugs. I think it’s a huge oversight, however, leaving Glory Road out of the running!
Wow, Michael, what a pleasure it is to hear from you! I read your inescapably thorough analysis of the depleted uranium non-threat, and all I can say is that I hope you are being paid a HUGE salary by one of the leading think tanks in this country. If not, then that is another example of What Is Wrong.
